Every order passes an electronic identity check at checkout against Australian government-issued ID. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full within two business days. Couriers also require a signature from an adult on delivery.

Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Contact support with your order number and a short video of the fault. Unopened, unused stock can be returned within 14 days at the buyer's postage cost.

Usually not. Rated puff counts are measured in a lab on a fixed draw. On our own bench tests, real output runs 15 to 30 percent below the printed figure depending on how hard and how long you draw. We publish the measured number in each product description.

Orders ship from our Canley Vale warehouse in Sydney. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day dispatch the same day. Typical transit is 1 to 2 business days for NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD metro, and 3 to 6 business days for WA, NT and regional addresses.

We buy only from authorised distributors and keep the supply paperwork for every batch. Most brands print a scratch-and-scan security code on the box that you can verify on the manufacturer's own site. If a code fails, we replace the unit and investigate the batch.
